今月上旬にお邪魔して好印象だったのでリピートしました。まずは刺身をつまもうとオーダー。少しづつ提供するのではなく皿に持って出てくるスタイルでした。ちょっとづつ出てくると尚良かった。真鯵は水槽から揚げたものを調理してムチムチの食感でした。マグロ、大トロ、黒瀬ぶり、鰹、蛸という内容でした。続いてはソフトシェルクラブ。半分に割ったガザミが一匹分、提供されます。ビールが進むヤツですね。揚げ物が続いてしまいますが、活カサゴの唐揚げをオーダー。水槽から揚げて開いたものを唐揚げにします。刺し盛りの海老の頭も一緒に揚げてもらいました。活カサゴ〜は二度揚げして頭からサクサク食べられるのかと思いきや身しか食べられない調理法でした。あー、頭からサクサク食べたかったなぁ。気を取り直して白ワインと握りをオーダーします。まずは黒瀬の若ぶり。夏場に旬を迎える脂の乗��たぶりです。続いては大トロ。すごい脂で寿司をつまんだ指が光っています。トロの脂、大好き。口の中であっという間に溶けてしまいました。ラストはサッパリ、烏賊を握ってもらいました。〆であらのお吸い物をオーダー。お腹、大満足。ただ今回は調理の仕方など私の好みとは少し違っていたのが、ちょっぴり心残りでした。ごちそうさまでした。
