むう?笹かまぼことは違うの?笹かまの一種?
百聞は一食にしかず。と言うことで食べてみた。
揚げたての提供なので、お金を払って番号札を
受け取って待つ。たしかに豆腐に近い味。いや
大豆の味か。そして魚のすり身の味もしている。
その意味では蒲鉾の一種だろう。ただ蒲鉾より
ふわふわしている。お麩のような感じもする。
なるほどなぁ。
続けて笹かまぼこの手焼き体験も。って言うか
むうと一緒にお願いしたので、むうを待つ間、
焼きながら待っていた。
笹かまが膨らんで、焦げ目が着き始めるまでは
けっこう時間がかかる。焼き方には6〜7分と
書かれている。白い肌が小麦色に染まってくる。
同時に少しずつ膨らむ。なんだかいい感じ���色。
これ誰がやっても上手くいくはず。単に放って
おけばいいし。焼き上がった笹かまは芳ばしい
風味を纏って美味しい。これなら笹かまを2本、
むうを1本、それと缶ビールを買って、むうで
間をつなぎながら笹かまを時間差で2本焼いて
飲むといいかもだ。
